Hi everyone! Currently restoring my XKR 2001 4.0 Supercharged. Had faulty thermostat, coolant splashed over engine. As a result now I have faulty knock sensor. Restricted engine performance fault appeared and the car is not exceeding 3000 rpm.

Currently I’m looking for knock sensor, but I’m a bit confused. Jaguar classics website shows that I need part number LNE1692AA. However the catalogue does not indicate that it fits supercharged model. Also some sellers on Ebay state that before-mentioned part does not fit my car. Do I need another knock sensor (LCA1692AE, AJ85676)?

Not able to take out the sensor right now so I need your help

Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance!

PS: VIN number is SAJAA42N71PA22902.

North American parts catalogue shows that the AJ27 engines all use the same KS. (NA or SC)
LNE1692AA

Should be the same for ROW.

Equivalent = NTK ID0271 WVE 5S5622 or STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS KS309 if you want 'aftermarket' part.
