Talking Leaper side badge measurements?
Can someone with an XK8 tell me the dimensions of the oval shaped leaper side badge? (length and width)

I have an idea for a mod and i'm hoping the badge will work.

You have a newer model XK but assuming you may wanna do a custom made I am not movin' this thread at your model area lol

I have a 98 and my side badges are 4 5/16 x 1 1/2 inches.

Thanks much! time to go measure my area...seeing if I can come up with a cooler idea of a visor disguiser...hiding the hideous warning labels on our visors.

I always wondered, did the UK cars get all of the airbag warnings on them too? If not, we could just swap them out. I seem to recall hearing something similar with export Corvettes.

^^^ Interesting...can anyone across the pond tell us if the UK versions came with these warning labels on the visors?

Mine was coming off, so I removed it and cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, you cannot even see where it was.
