Did my front seats with the Seat Doctors kit of crack filler and oatmeal dye. Happy with result. Their oatmeal dye seems a tad light. Didn’t do sanding step some have done. Holes in side didn’t work with crack filler because it was sucked into the foam.
My seats much worse then yours and came up fine ...You must use the THICK filler and there is no problem . Sanding takes the dirt off ,You sand before and after the filler
Try again

My experience was that it all flaked off within a few months, but maybe I didnt use enough. I chose to go the lseat replacement covers route after that. No regrets.

Thick filler? I ordered the only filler on their site. Source of thick filler?
Their directions said how to clean but no mention of sanding. Other vendors have the sanding step. Ordered the 16oz bottle and more than half left if need to repeat.
I sourced mine on UK ebay .....www.ebay.co.uk the number is 232337586508 furnature clinic care and repair. You need to fill all the cracks not just the big ones ..
