My first reaction to this was, a MAF issue - Mass Air Flow. I had a Reduced Performance indicator with the Check Engine light with a rough running engine. It periodically happened. It was taken to All Jaguar in Lake mary, FL and in their checking it out, cleared it. YouTube has a number of videos and does not seem too hard to do.

+ 1 on MAF sensor. I removed mine, cleaned it with a elec contact spray for MAF sensors. Reinstalled. Helped lots!

 

Took the car to my mechanic, who happens to be my brother in law. Turns out my coolant really is low because I have a leak in the radiator. I did a quick scan on the forum but couldn't find any references to radiator replacement tips. Is there anything out there I might have missed?

He also confirmed the rough run is due to a bad injector on #8.

Parts ordered. Waiting begins

Outside - never tried the other as I use Firefox & the search box is always there & CBA with IE & 'Bing'. It brought up WhiteXKR's post near the top.

Radiator replaced. Injector replaced. All is good. Except mechanic mentioned driver side engine mount looks questionable. The fun never ends. But at least for now I get to finally drive it without restricted performance.
