Location of IAT sensor

Does anyone know where the IAT sensor is located on a 2006 Jaguar XK8 4.2l?

IF '06 is the same as '04

IAT 1 is in the Air Intake adjacent to air filter. ( with the MAF sensor)
IAT 2 is in the Intake manifold (right rear).

Again ..please note the IF
