Default location of a vacuum line i can use seafoam in

whats up guys? this thread isnt to ask your opinions on seafoam. ive used seafoam in my previous 97 328i, tiburon, and is300 and they have made a nice difference to all 3 cars and i swear by it. i cant seem to find a vacuum line on my xk8 that i can use to drop seafoam in though. can someone explain where the location of a vacuum hose is or post a pic of where i can find it.

There really isn't one. The part load breather tube is about as close as it gets.

The part load breather is the small tube connection on the left valve cover up toward the front of the engine. Does it matter if I suggest that you not do this?

it does and im not. the last thing i need is to ruin my engine lol. guess i can just use it as fuel injector cleaner then

YIKES!....OK, no questions/comments...Hmmmm....Why not disconnect the vacuum line on the brake booster and dump it in there?

Again, no questions or comments on what you're doing, but hope that suggests something itself.

i trust seafoam because i have used it twice on 2 different cars and its worked pretty well. people are skeptical and i can understand that but im on a few other forums as well (zilvia, my.is, clublexus, 350zforums, g35driver, g35nyc) and they all have good things to say as well.

thats where i put it on the other cars but i cant seem to get it off on my xk8

I have used Sea Foam in my RX-8, Sebring, Dodge 1500, and two boats and it's wonderful. BUT in my XKR it throughs engine codes, the XKR does not like it!!!!!

Again, no offer of comments or questions from me so no need to explain anything...and, I don't have any real issues with Sea Foam.....in general. I don't use it myself or recommend it for my customers but I have no problems with it either.

There was no shortage of guys using/recommending Seafoam when I was at the Corvette forums and nobody ever reported problems. On the contrary using Seafoam seemed to solve many problems. Still, I have never used myself although have been tempted to buy. From reading the label on the stuff it sounds like there are multiple ways of using the product ranging from adding it to the fuel tank to dumping directly into the engine.

And Bubba and his buddies on the CF still recommend for everything from rough idle to arthritis. If an engine truly benefits from Seafoam or similar, it's not long for this world anyway.

I do not use or recommend Sea Foam but this is the link for the home page that has a video on it. http://www.seafoamsales.com I use BG 44K as recommended by Jaguar in this area, I should also mention that I have used it for years.
