RE: Lining up wheel center caps for photo op.
Did you mount the left handed center caps on the left side and the right handed caps on the right side or did you mix them up?
Different Diameter wheels mate...so they are rotating at different rates....was a bit of a leg pull ...since I knew they would only line up when you put them on if you didn't move the car.

You see them all the time in press photos and car shows but I always figured they jacked the car up and spun the wheels to line up since even turning a corner rotates the fronts at different rates.....

Ah that's the problem!
You have to mark the insides of the Wheel Caps not the outside...the ink throws off the alignment on the outside.
You can't see the marks on the bottoms of your boots when you are wearing them.
Try invisible ink next time so you don't confuse yourself when you are dancing.
