Hello. 2003 XJ8 convertible with navigation here. Looking for the OEM Radio. Finding part no. Ldj4100aa so far but it says only for 00-02 years. Anyone know the right part number?

I've merged your 2 threads asking the same question. Please do NOT multiple post on the same topic. I've made the (possibly incorrect) assumption that your convertible is an XK8 and not the rare and beautiful XJ8 Corsica Convertible.


XK8/XKR Radio/Cassette P/N's by VIN:

1. to VIN 08107
LJA4100BA

2. from VIN 018108
LJB4100BA

3. from VIN A00083 to A30644
LJD4100AA

4. from VIN A30645
LJD4100AB

Don't forget that within these P/N's the headunits are also market specific.

Hi Graham. Does the cd changer, nav box and amp go by serial number as well? Having trouble understanding you saying "market specific". I found a set with mounting bracket on EBay. Label says 1999.

Market specific - European and USA for example are not interchangeable although they have the same P/N.

I knew I had one with the amp somewhere, so the radio was LJD4100AB, so I'm guessing a little later than you need. Sorry.
That made in Japan, was a surprise.
