Lower pulley vendors?

Lower pulley vendors?
After reading many posts, private messages, emails and phone calls, I've decided I would like to do the lower pulley upgrade. I'd like to go with the vendor Eurotoys in IL, USA since he maintains the harmonic balancing aspect of the pulley (some vendors don't as AVOS pointed out). However, my car would be out of commission for 3-4 weeks as I'd have to remove my pulley and send it to him as he understandably doesn't have the part in stock.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
I suspect changing the rear axle ratio would be more fun to me as I drive 95% in the city, but the cost to do that looks to be twice as much at least based on disclosures from other members.

I bought the lower pulley from Eurotoys and I love it and recommend Eurotoys. They provide a quality product and stand behind their product. This upgrade cost me about $1,000 installed. I also did the rear axel ratio (went from stock 3.06 to 3.27) and added a Quaife LSD. The lower pulley upgrade is by far the cheapest of the three. The rear axel ratio change cost $3,000 installed and the LSD cost $2,500 installed. However, since I did both the rear axel ratio and the LSD at the same time, it cost me $4500 for the both of them. I will say this though, these three mods together make my XKR scary fast or should I say scary quick because I lost some top end, at least in theory. The ecm limits you to 155 mph so there was no real loss there but my 0 to 60 is about 1 second quicker. I had planned these mods together because, lets face it, none of us are going to push the top end and the 0 to 60 gain is a lot of fun for red light challenges.

Would you mind sending me the contact info for the vendor who did your LSD?
Nearest local Quaife vendor is an hour away, he's only done the job on the newer Jag models, and he questioned if it could be done on our model, which clearly it can. Guy here, sales@jackstransmissions.com , was curious for details to establish his game plan and costs.

Forum member motorcarman runs an independent Jag shop near where I live. He did the install for me. I bought the Quaife LSD from ProStreet (Part Number QDF5W).

Do you know any machinists?
I just buy the ring and belt and machine the customers own pulley, you would not be without your car then, only takes about an hour to do, turn, drill and tap 4 holes. Doing it this way also works out a lot cheaper for you
