Actually, I bought the 7.5mm Shims from Welsh Enterprises for about $50 for the pair.
I thought that I could install them myself, but it proved to be too difficult to get the socket wrench in position.
I took them to Jenkins and it took Steve 1 hour to install ($130).

The system is really designed for ONE Shim to be used to provide correct Flange Alignment.
I decided to use 7.5mm on both sides (the thickest that Jaguar makes).
The results (by eyeball only) seem to bring both sides into the desired range. The Right side does have just a little more negative camber than the Left.
