I have a 2000 xk8 with stock 18" wheels and 245/45 tires on front and 255/45 on the back. The lowering springs lower the car 1.5 inches. Has anyone used these springs without putting a lower profile tire on the car? I would hate to ruin my tires if they rub.

 

Don't lower 1.5 .... Just go the inch, then you will have no issues

 

I can only find springs that lower it 1.5 inches. Do you know of a brand that sells 1" springs?

I installed the Mina Rear ONLY Springs. The Front was already low enough. Tires are 245-45/18 Front and 255-45/18 Rear. I am very pleased with the results:

 

Where can I find just the rear springs. I checked the mina website and only found all four springs together.

 

Paul, very sexy coupe........do you happen to have a before photo? I'm too lazy tonight to search the forum, did you replace any rear rubber, mounts, etc. in the process?

 

Mina sold me the Rear Springs only for $250. Only other parts changed were replacing original Axle Shims with 7.5mm units to correct for camber change with new springs.
