I need to swap the passenger side mirror motor and wondered if it is a difficult job, any advice is much appreciated. Many thanks. Anthony.

 

I would recommend get the car in a heated garage overnight or use a hair dryer to warm the mirror, particularly behind the glass as the plastic components are old and brittle so snap easily.
Be patient be careful be gentle, parts are not cheap, that's if you can find them.
