One of my long-delayed to-do items on my '03 XK8 is finally done: replacement of the motor mounts. I knew they were in sad shape - the rubber on one was completely sheared and the other leaking badly. Have been driving the car like a little old lady to keep the motor from jumping around too much. Pretty much paid what I expected ($711) and the service by technician Tim deGroot was fast and friendly; he encountered not problems with the replacement though removal of the old ones was challenging.
