I was told by someone at Discount Stereo that they could modify the JAGCD-HF to work on the 97 Harman Kardon head unit upon request when the order is placed, and what they sent me has correct cable ends to hookup to the CD jack player DIN plug that I'm expecting to find in my car based on researching the radio online and comparing photos online with what I have in the car. Won't know for certain until I pull the console to dig into this, and I won't have time to do that for a couple weeks. I'll post the results when I'm done, but I'm hoping to retain the CD functionality, add BT music and add BT hands free phone button/mic that they shipped to me.

I have their bluetooth in my 2002 convertible and it works great! discount car stereo has great customer service too if any of you are installing their bluetooth and need help. Mine came with a bad module and they were super in taking care of the problem.
I have read several posts but am still a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated. I have a 1999 XK8 convertible with the HK stereo system. Photos attached of the trunk set up. I would like to add Bluetooth or aux for an IPhone. Working steering wheel functionality would be grand. I am not bothered if I lose my CD player.
