navigation dvd
I have a 2002 XKR with the factory installed Alpine navigation system in it and the Navteq U.S. DVD. I bought this car in Boston and have brought it back to Canada. I have been trying to get a Canada DVD but have been getting the runaround from Alpine and Navteq as they keep sending me back to the other. The issue is that the 2002 XKRs for Canada did not have any navigation systems installed and there were no Canada DVDs made. Does anyone know if there is a Canada DVD out there that will work?

The USA and Canada are on the same DVD.
Last DVD is:
Jag. PN 4W83-10E898-GA
Alpine PN BM9JG91F
Seen them on EBay occasionaly. Check the PN carefully.
Some people have successfully copied the DVD.
Coverage of Canada is not too good. For instance, Nanaimo, BC
is not on the map!!
