Default need 2003 xk8 navigation disc

I need a dvd disc for a 2003 xk8 coupe. Older version is ok. Anybody have one or know of a source. I purchased a used jag with no disc. I believe this vintage is an alpine unit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards.

I'll bet you'll need to get this from Alpine. I spent a bit of time looking in all the usual places and there was nothing. I couldn't even find it on the website of Alpine. You'd need to contact them. Maybe Jaguar or a Jaguar dealer has it.

Eric,

I tried going to Alpine, Jag dealer and navteq on line and by phone as well as auto dismantlers. Some of this has been while the car is in the dealership (Rusnak, Pasadena. CA) getting massaged (along with my wallet) so I could not inspect the unit to verify model numbers - did not imagine it would be this complex. They have tracked the VIN and think they can get me a compatible disc ($675). I pleaded case to used jag dealer where I bought the car, he is (hopefully) sending discs to try. Also found a dealer that markets used luxury rental cars with a stash of various discs. Cadillac is rumoured to be compatible.

Much appreciation for the reply. Did you find what you needed? Do you want me to let you know if I find source?

Regards,
Steven

To begin, I don't believe NAVTEQ isn't the source so they couldn't help.

I was merely looking around for a source to help you. I've got a 2005 S-Type and have a source. Sorry 'bout that.

Have you tried Jaguar North America?

Go look on ebay, I see them listed occasionally for anywhere from 50.00 to 200.00

Default Older NavTech Disc

E-Bay is the source 200-250. Just make sure you aren't getting the one for more recent years of jag as they are not compatible...
