It is a yellow multilock 20 pin connector supposed to be in engine compartment adjacent to RH enclosure. I have looked in RH enclosure and all around it and do not see it. There is also supposed to be EM1 20 pin white and EM3 14 pin grey in same area.

Anyone ever found these?

 

Yes but not under the hood, which is where you'd be forgiven for looking.

But Jaguar changed the connectors and locations in 2001. My year
Here are pics of my setup
upper left white is AC12, upper middle is RF5 (new for 2001), lower left is AC15, lower middle is AC14, lower right is AC13

So after I traced all those wires to determine those connectors I noticed a bunch of wires going up into a little hideaway hole.

Pulled them down and surprise, EM1, EM2, EM3 and another yet to be identified. And in 2001 EM2 is only 18 wire not 20.
