It looks as if yours has already had attention as the rivets have been drilled and replaced with self-tappers. I couldn't find any specific info on a substitute switch, but Mouser seems to be a good go-to in the US.
Perhaps the MIA lever has fallen into the mechanism?
Thank you. I found a couple for sale on eBay but they also seem to have the clip missing. I did look around in the mechanism but cannot seem to locate that little clip. I'm considering finagling some kind of job with a safety pin (paperclip isn't strong enough to stand up to repeated use) but as you mention, perhaps Mouser has something. After all, this doesn't have to be this exact switch, anything that can mount and close the circuit on contact should work... If I find a decent product I'll post it here.

Just following up here; Whilst fiddling with the shifter assembly recently, I noticed a glint of metal and lo, the Neutral lever was there! Covered in dust under the shifter and very hard to see.
After reinstallation, the Transmission Fault has not returned.
I have a kit I'm selling for 80.00.
it includes 2 microswitches, drill bit and rivets to attach new ones.
You can do this without removing the shifter. You'll need to remove the covers and the screws that hold the top of shifter to gain access to the switches.
Drill out old ones, cut and solder wires to new switches , rivet new ones in.
