Hello all,
@Avos - I got the tracking number, since there will be no address displayed in tracking info. I think is a good info for everybody, to see the status
They have been sent the part in Friday.

Hi guys,
Absolutely, but the most complete info will be at the end of today. TiJoe is about to send the last things needed.
But the main stuff is the second prototype is now printing for 2 days.1 more to go be finished.
I will come back to you tomorrow with complete list of testing= change list done in Prototype 2.

So far so good
Here is the complete update.
Avos did helped us with info up to some point , but then we could not get up to the end result, main reason was he does not have the full setup (the whole car) . So I asked TiJoe, who gratefully completed the testing, and I delivered myself the report based on both Avos and TiJoe input and measurements
Changelist and issues findings corrected on prototype V2 are:
-Motor housing sharp housing- made some 1.5mm more room
- Motor housing bottom cut (was missing -not visible in scanner)
- Bore centered with bolt pattern (bolt pattern confirmed in tests being correct)
- More clearance coolant lines side - ~1.3mm
- 1 bearing seat correction in size
- TPS diameter ring corrected in size
- main shaft corrected in diameter
- extra thickness material added to main shaft protrusion holes
The last ...as an effect of all above, prototype is pushed on the plastic side - 3.5mm , making a very tight fit in the S-type but still OK.(this is how it looks now- with the TB TPS version inside the plastic cover)
Tool for boring and surfacing the planar seat (gasket side) - in production.
Next week, first test cast for contraction will be available ,and probably in the second first part will be delivered. I will come in the next days with more pictures on the new parts

Hi Paul,
Orders are overdue ~w, first shipment to TJoe was planned this week, but still moving slow to vacations period. This issue , was the same affecting the main shafts, which initially was quoted to be delivered 4W ago. I'll keep you posted.
Now the casting Aluminium cast, was inspected with XRays, for defining position the accuracy of the Air traps of the mold.
The first item will be Automotive Alu composite (newer -most expensive material), but all the rest will be Aluminium alloy as OEM

Hi Jazzyjags,
Guys back from the vacation, I really need to say , as like everyone else here, it was long time since we started, and I'm also unpatient, and dislike to wait for it.
I had only 4 days off, but in 2W not many people I was able to push.
Though- I asked what pictures can share- the molds I can't, but the intermediate parts- the ones they got rays , and one failed from the casting, these I can.
No so beautiful to see, but well , very expected in the prototyping stages, is the failed casting - melted-or visible well cast but very thin on inspection for 2 walls. One of them is in the motor pot, the other is one small side in the mechanism area. That in fact is the purpose of testing at these phases
These are specific to this design. So molds were needed to be upgraded for reinforcing these walls in the negative mold. -See red markers

The casting, as I was used to it for , came out very well for details - See some small thin wall in the pictures. - what you see here is pure- came out of casting, no post-processing at all- Aluminium 356-T6
Long story short- Molds got upgraded after vacation,2 days ago last piece for it was finished, yesterday was send to furnace again .

Short update- got form furnace, they engaged for end of next week as deadline for delivering the parts. I'll be on them to be as they said.
What we did in this time, we updated the part for easier de-molding and casting ( thicker in some walls) for the guys who just voted for new lot
An detail important about the installation of the motor on this lot- It will be absolutely mandatory to be installed with washers (provided in the kit) .In the new lot (only for cost reason) washers will be replaced with extra material on the screws beds.

Hi there,
Friday last week a bunch of these fellows came in- got pictures from the platform. Now follows cleaning trimming (started already) then and CNC machining - last step 'till finally ready for shipping.
Have a look on the sensitive areas - the motor pot came flawlessly now, and the surface is even better than before. - though a lot of investment to be buzzed off (ultrasound cleaning)
