Just a quick note to introduce myself. I have recently purchased a 2005 XK8. It is a white convertible in fair condition. Needs Some of the typical deferred maintenance, front struts leather mending, ect. I'm sure I will have a few questions along the way. Most of the information I could probably get from some of the manuals but since the rules require 10 messages before I can download anything it may take a while before I get there. Hate to waste people's time asking questions and responding to threads without adding any true content. Maybe a few of the questions I have will be useful to other members.
Anyway, so far i like the car and look forward to driving it. I have wanted one for years so when this one popped up oncraigslist i had to jump on it.

 

BTW, I failed to mention, I'm in Dallas.

Welcome to the X100 club. Your 2005 white XK sounds lovely and Dallas has the good weather for enjoying it.

Lots of info here on this forum and don’t be afraid to ask dumb questions. Someone here will have always done the job you’re attempting.
