Default No Brake Pedal after ABS repair?????

I repaired my broken solder joints without problem. The only issue was before I relized i also loosened the other two lines on the abs module. I then proceeded to start the car the abs light went off but no pedal pressure. Does anyone think mabe I have to bleed all four calipers to get my pedal back?

Sounds about right - air in the lines.

Think of it as a golden opportunity to replace that nasty 9-year-old goo that used to be your brake fluid. IMHO, this should be done every few years anyway.

It's really not that difficult. Remove the old fluid from the master cylinder reservoir with a "turkey baster" like fluid sucker thingy found in auto parts stores. Refill it with fresh fluid, then bleed all four lines, refilling as you go. You will see the color difference when the new fluid reaches each of the bleeders.

(By the way, at each wheel, when I saw the new fluid reached the bleeder, with the bleeder open I slid the caliper towards me to compress the piston and mostly empty the old fluid from the caliper.)

It took me less than an hour last time with help from MrsTexasDan pumping the brake pedal. She's a sweetheart.

What he said, but to add to it, get a speed bleeder, you won't regret it!
