noise from front end..
Ok. I have a loud poping noise when i hit the brakes. Also when i turn hard right or left.
If i have to throw out the anchor, i get way way bad thumping in the steering wheel.
I took her to my suspension guy who said the front lower ball joints are the only thing he could see any movement out of. He wasn't sure were the poping noise is coming from. He was thinking that it may be something else. The thumping is my rotors a little warped and the ball joints are amplifying the thumping.
My question for yall is this:
Is it worth just replacing the lower ball joints or should i just have the hole damn thing rebuilt as i have read multiple post about front end issues. i would rather just do it all at once if i am going to screw with it.
i am looking at the kit at
http://www.britishparts.co.uk/.sc/ms...SPENSION%20KIT
But i am also seriously thinking about the Poly bushings from Paramount performance.
There is also some question about pressing out the lower ball joints. My suspension guy was thinking that it cant be done on this car. I emailed britishparts.co.uk and they responded saying that its ok as long as they are pressed out WITHOUT using heat. Any opinions?

they can be pressed out .. just have to be imaginative .. due to the angle where the joint sits.. remember to put the new joints in the freezer before installation.. makes it easier.. for your noise.. common problem is upper control arm bushings.. they wear out.. and rust.. and if they wear out completely then they wear out the subframe.. if you have the car on the hoist.. on either side.. push the top part inward.. at 11 and 1 push in and see if there is play.. some people dont notice this when checking for play..
