I am moving to Brookings Oregon or the very northern part of California. Does anybody know anything about this model Jaguar and California emission testing or conversion requirements. Does Oregon have stricter than normal emission laws. Also, does anybody know a place in this area that works on Jaguars.

Others surely know more but I bought my 2006 XK8 in Oregon and brought it home to northern California. It passed California emissions testing just fine. The PO had bought it in Texas and taken it to Oregon. As far as I know, California has the toughest emissions limits of any state.
