OBD Scanner Review
Worth a view .Its a lot better than my i carsoft which cost £125 . This is "only" £89 for the model 600. Covers SRS codes and looks like they have real people for backup.

I did watch most of it and I wasn't really blown away, not £100 blown away. Anyway I'm off to see the village garage where they will use their posh scanner and I'll see if it's better than my Elm + Torque. I suspect the real step up is a marque specific scanner plus software.
I have a Launch x431, which I love to death. My mechanic bought one for himself after borrowing mine a few times. It can actually do things that his Snap-On system can't.
It's amazing. I was even able to program proximity keys for my Infiniti. It's a bit pricey (I think I paid about $800), and sometimes figuring out how to use some of the features can get weird. But you can do a lot with it.
