Default October road trip

We just got back last night after 7 glorious days of driving and sight-seeing. We headed from London to Ellicotville, then down to Falling Water, then over to Altoona, up to Willaimsport, over to Howe's Cave at Cobleskill, then over to Geneva on Senica lake, and back home. About 2,000 trouble free miles, all on secondary roads. Hills and trees, trees and hills... beautiful, Pics are in my second album.
Now its raining and a wet forcast for the next 5 days... glad I got away last week.
Alfred

Falling Water as in Frank Lloyd Wright?
Astonishing place, IMO.
Talk about being ahead of your time ...

yes, The Falling Water house by F L Wright has been on my bucket list for a few years. Well worth the trip but FYI you need to book ahead for the tours or risk a long drive without seeing the house. We booked two days before we left London and were lucky to have openings still available for the Friday.
