An anti-collision light would also be cool! I've been trying to figure out how to fit landing lights into the fog light openings.

A friend did that MANY years ago to his MG-B. Generated lots and lots of heat, but they sure lit up the countryside!

There are a couple of manufacturers who make LED landing lights. They are even brighter than the incandescent ones and they draw a fraction of the current. Unfortunately landing lights are 5 inches across and our openings are about 3.5 inches. However, there are some landing lights designed for kit planes that might work. One of these days when I run out of other projects I'm going to work on this...

Don't worry, I would only use them on the most desolate roads when no one else was around.

Well, they do come in blue. I have seen green ones too, but not recently.
