My 1999 XKR 4.0 has been locked away in my garage for most of the winter - started twice until yesterday when I taxed it (UK) and took it for a longish drive with no issues. Today I changed the oil and filter, but when warming it up during a quick drive - Restricted Performance came on. Plugging in the code reader I have P0352 - Ignition coil B Primary / Secondary Circuit and P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected. I have not gone any further than this.
What is the procedure to follow now please? Is this likely to be just a coil pack or could it be a spark plug or injector or other?

Clear the codes, then swop cylinder A2 coil module with one of the others and check whether the p-codes follow the coil module.

I changed the coil from cylinder 2 to one and the fault code followed it. We have SNG Barratt in my town, so managed to get a replacement over the counter. Now fitted and running well again. Many thanks Michael
