Default P0742 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On code

Hi,
when driving i occasionally get a brief transmission fault display, and a rough gear shift. It very quickly clears again an the car runs fine. this may happen once on my daily drive.
After this has happened a few times I get the check engine light.
When I connect my code reader It finds this P0742 Code. I can clear the code and the message clear and the check engine light goes out. It can stay like this for a week, maybe and the and some random intervall it comes back.
It is still quite cold here in Oslo, could that be a factor?
What could be causing this? Are there some things I can do to prevent this from reappearing?
The Car has done 130000 miles, but the transmission has been rebuildt and the Torque converter replaced before I got the car. How long before I got the car is something I am trying to find out, but apparently it is quite recent.

Any tips very much appreciated.

Default

After trying many things (new solenoid, TCM and rotary switch), this problem was finally solve. It was caused by an intermittenet Connection in the TCM wiring harness.
Lucky for me my Independant had part on hand to test With so I did not need to buy any new parts.
