Vacuuming my car this morning I found this little guy in the driver's foot well. I contorted my body enough to look around under there a bit; but saw no obvious place for it. Can anyone direct me to where/how to reinstall it?

Thank you! I pulled the car outside in better light and found the metal stud under the gas pedal and stuck it back on. I had been looking for a some kind of tube or electrical connection under the dash. Thanks again for the help.
