nick, they're just giving you some grief for the lack of any capitalization or punctuation in your original post. It is sometimes difficult to read with so many runon sentences.

You can PM (personal message) FJK if you like, simply click on his screename and hit the 'send message to -'. That will keep your email address from being seen on a public forum.

g'luck!

hi i had no trouble reading it but then i have had way too much coffee and this is the way im thinking right now like just a lot of run on sentences sometimes with multiple streams of thought all at once but sometimes not but hey what do you do so does anyone else get really po'd at the shift and punctuation thing at just slows everything down when i type so i say we just do away with it and type like this all jumbled and stuff and junk thanks ps i need beer

Sent him the wiring diagram. Seems all the wiring color codes match, but the connectors are both male. This male to male thing doesn't work in Texas......well maybe in Austin.

i just had the original time port activated through page plus cellular...pay as you go and only .04 a minute...it is awesome...i tried verizon and sprint at first but they wouldn't do it due to E911 legislation, so go with page plus and keep it original...

May I ask what this has to do with the above thread?

Can't you read? He had the time portal activated. That allows him to go back in time to a period when phones were actually attached to the cars. Or maybe he wants to go back to 1996 when the StarTac phone was introduced.

hi - i post the message so that anyone researching phone options with the car can see how you can hookup the original phone instead of Jerry rigging a work around that doesn't use all the original functionality...the info I found would hav been useful when I was first reading the thread...hence the reason i posted it...
