Hi. I have just had my "MoT" in Spain, and hoped that it would show misalignment on dips. Sadly.it didn't, and I still have appalling short range when driving on dips.
Is this normal, or can they be adjusted? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

 

Does the Headlamp Leveling Rotary Switch on the centre console switchpack not give adequate adjustment?
