So I have a 1997 xk8 coupe with 55 K on it. It lived in Illinois and the rust and corrosion is taking a toll. The exhaust system currently needs replacing and their are other areas of the body that are corroded. Engine tranny and all the other stuff works great. Leather is in good shape etc.

So gonna sell this as a parts car I guess any idea of how to value the vehicle?

My research after my '00 XK8 was totaled indicated that they generally sold in insurance company auctions for $3000 plus or minus. There are a number of folks that specialize in Jaguars. Give them a call to discuss.

Trying to sort out how to price this, the exhaust system needs to be replaced. From what I understand the body has some corrosion underneath where it is not visible unless it is on a rack.
