Will a torn front right lower control arm bushing cause car to drift right?

I've edited your thread title - we get a lot of 'questions' here.

It will almost certainly affect your steering and is also likely to cause rapid tyre wear on that side.

heck yes it will...worn ones with play or bushings that have 'oozed' their original black fluid (early bushings) wreak havoc on the alignment...could feel like your floating over roads.

Thats how it feels, like its slowly floating to the right. Do you need a lift for this repair, and should you do all front control arm bushings at the same time? Thanks

No to the first question, I did mine on jack stands, tallest ones I could find.

And yes to the second, always replace in pairs. Even if one is suspect, since you have done all the hard work and gotten the arms off the car to press out/in the replacement bushings, you might as well do all of them.
