Default Quick Change Pulley Setup

Would there be any interest in a quick change pulley setup? Throwing around the IDEA. Interest? Also looking into producing a more affordable pulley setup for the m112 with and without machining of snout. Looking to do Stainless or hard coat anodized aluminum. Would anyone be interested? Pricing of pulleys would be under $200 and shipped within the US. Snout maching would also be available for a smaller diamter pulley. Ill assume pulley sizing would be similiar to whats out there as its limited to what sizes you can go with. This is not a money making venture for me. Just another option if anyones interested

Is there no interest in a sub $200 SC pulley sourced in the US or a quick change setup? Im personally going this route. I just was trying to extend this to others if there is a want or need. Please let me know and thanks. Again this is not to make a profit just offer an alternative to whats out there

Default Pully Swap

For a lot of us that wanted a smaller pulley we have them and once on I don't see much need to swap back. I like the extra power. The smallest pulley requires you trim the snout of the supercharger but once that's done you can leave it alone.

Default Quick Change Pulley Setup

What kind of HP increase at the wheels would be expected from the Quick Change Pulley Setup vs the smaller pulley that needs the snout ground down?
Will either cause any engine problems or codes or require remapping?

Regards,
Karl

It would merely allow you to easily swap pulleys between a larger and smaller size. Snout machining would be offered as well for use of a smaller pulley.

I personally dont see myself swapping out pulleys often if at all but perhaps when using the larger crank pulley there may be some interest. Teh quick change flange is something being produced for another Eaton project which can be adapted for use with the jaguar m112.

As for smaller pulleys in general perhaps by now most have already bought pulleys that want them. I havent though. I hav edesigned and built pulleys for other projects and was shocked at the asking price for the jaguar offerings. High end car or not a pulley is a pulley and designing and making them is relatively easy. Which is why I asked if there was an interest. Personally I want hard coat anodized aluminum not standard anodized, painted, mild steel or stainless.

If everything is in order with your vehicle I cant see a check engine light coming on from the pulley swap. The pulley would do nothing different than what any other manufacturers pulley would do.

Again just trying to see what interest there is.
