Smile Ready to change front shocks

My front shocks/struts need to be changed (48Kmiles). The lower bushings are almost gone due to leakage of oil from the shock. I'm looking for advice as to where the best place is to buy the parts and if there is a variation in stiffness that can be obtained. For my type of driving and the roads I drive on I would like a set that is not as stiff as the OE.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

EZ, the OEM is going to be the most forgiving and 'softest' of those available. There are poly bushings for more stiffening, but not ones that are less. Sorry.
