When I hit a bump in the road the rear seems to hop sideways (it's more noticeable if the bump is mid-corner on a turn). I've already changed the entire front suspension (shocks, shock-mounts, upper and lower control arms, sway-bar links, outer tie-rod ends, and wheel bearings). In the rear I've changed the shocks and shock mounts. That seemed to alleviate the problem initially, but a few months later it has returned.

Anyone have any ideas?
