Although my top is working ok, my rear quarter light dont drop down when i lift or lower the hood any ideas

 

Check fuses #1 and #20 in the boot fusebox. Also press on all the relays and make sure they are fully seated.

 

Fuse for the motor? Can you hear the motor attempt to run? There have been a number of issues with the regulator itself but I would verify the top micro switches and Body Control Module are attempting to lower the glass first before taking the rear seat out.

Any instrument panel notice of the top not latched? Might try the Allen wrench closure just to be sure.

 

Fuses fine but someone has removed both relays does anyone have the relay part number

 

The window UP and DOWN relays are the half size ones. Are all 4 missing? All the relays are the same. If you still have the UP relays put them in the DOWN sockets and see what happens. I suspect that you are going to find another problem once you replace the relays.

 

True, except for '96(UK) and '97 models, where they are full size.
