Excellent repair work by the people at Sybesmas. My '97 XK8's mirror now looks perfect. They were wonderful to deal with, and turn-a-round was extremely quick, especially taking into account x-border shipping into Canada. I would like to express genuine thanks to the people at Sybesmas for their efforts in dealing internationally. Canadians (& others) miss out sometimes on good products and services south of the borders as it is a additional cost and effort burden to many suppliers in the US.
Also thanks to those who posted mirror removal info. I removed the forward plastic cover next to the windshield and utilized the "tab" method and the mirror slid down & off sweet as could be with no risk to the glass.
