I'm easily confused.

The location of relays is listed in the Owner Care book for Y2000 XK8 and this is what it says about the RHS relays located in the bulkhead extension.

So there are potentially 5 relays and I think they should live here



But I have only two. Ok I'll accept I don't have screen heaters - will I have an intercooler relay pump? I think that XKR only, so yes two relays I suppose.

Can anyone suggest which one does what and do the two heated O2 sensors share a relay? It seems odd to me that the sensors would share a relay but then again why not.

The one on the LHS RHS side of your pic. is the starter relay.

The HO2 sensors share a relay until the 4.2L. You may have been confused by the Electrical Guide which shows that relay is in the LHS compartment for RHD cars, which it isn't.

edit: It's the 'other' LHS, doh! @drmike Sorry Mike. Yesterday could have gone better. Brake fluid reservoir is in front of the booster not behind. LHS relay in your pic is really for the H02 sensors...
