Default Remove/Install Crank Pulley Procedure

Does anyone have a documented procedure that I can use as a guide for changing my crank pulley? I received my upper and lower pulleys from Eurotoys. I started the upper 2.5 psi pulley yesterday and will be finishing up within the next couple hours (currently about 90% filed down). I'd like to see what others have done to remove and install the lower pulley without a locking tool. Is it necessary to replace anything else when performing the lower pulley procedure?

This is the type of puller that I have...which I've used on my Thunderbird 4.6 in the past without issue. I assume this will work for the Jag as well...

Also, my torque wrench isn't capable of 285 ft-lb. I suppose its necessary to buy/rent one?

Chain wrench...nice! Thanks! Now to the challenge is to find one this afternoon...

I was going to use the starter method to initally crack the bolt loose; unless you have another suggestion.

It is the Harbor Freight 24" I bought about 15 years ago.

My buddy has a Blue Point but it costs about twice as much.
