Removing Road Wheels
First time removing the road wheels today, and was really surprised how difficult it was. All four were stuck very firmly onto the hubs. Had to use pry bar to lever them back and forth to get them off.
Think usiing anti-seize on the hubs would be a good idea?

A better idea is to scrub the hub with a wire brush to remove the rust that builds up between tire rotations. I have a 3-inch-diameter round wire brush attachment that fits my power drill (the good folks at Discount Tire gave it to me after I watched them use one to clean up our hubs the last time I purchased a set of tires there and commented what a great idea it was). A minute or so of knocking off the hub rust this way will minimize your wheels sticking to them between tire rotations....
I put a little moly lube on the area when I rotate tires to prevent this. On my Mini the first time the tires came off at 10K and three years they were seized so bad I had to loosen the lug nut and drive it to get them off.
