Default Repairing my crashed XKR

Hello,

I repairing my front end crashed XKR and i have few problems.

I am trying to put windscreen washer reservoir pipe. It is plastic pipe and it should go threw chassis metal hole. Pipe is wider than the hole. I have tried to heat the pipe to make it flexible but it dosent help. Next step is to cut metal. Or anyone idea?

Next problem is that front airbag sensor connector is damaged. What kind of tool and method should i use to release the pins?

For the pipe: If you've crashed your car then you may have a miss-shaped hole for the tube to pass through. The hole could be warped, or now egg shaped etc. There is no crime in filing (or cutting) the metal around the hole, and no one on here will condemn you for it. Just make that if you do file or cut that you put a good coat of primer on the newly exposed bare metal. Spray or brush, make sure rust can't start. I don't know about the pins aspect in your post.

The pipe hole is in orginal dimensions. I just want to learn new tricks and i prefer to keep it orginal, but if there is no choise i will cut it bigger. And yes of course its good idea to coat to metal to prevent corrosion.

As for the pins i really want to do it proper way because i dont want to damage the pins and get airbag warning light on later.
