Hi,
at my XK8 I had to replace the starter.

During my research I came across the post of TheBrightNight. He has described very well how he has expanded the starter. Thank you very much for this great job. Unfortunately I could not find any pictures.
After I had bought the right tools, I went to work. I did not know whether it would work, but I was surprised how easy it was in the end. Unfortunately I made not directly pictures . Especially as the starter at the steering rack over, is taken down. But believe me, it works. You have the steering rack not to remove.
