One of my headlamps are leaking and gets wet inside when washing the car.

I found these lamps during an online search. Am I cursing at church posting these?

No you're not, but there are fixes for the leaky/foggy headlamps. Do a thread search and you will find several discussions on this very subjects. Haven't checked the stickies, but there may be one in there as well.

Jag themselves had a dealer fix that may be in the JTIS.

All are cheaper than new units.
