I just bought a 2003 XK8 on Monday which came with two keys, but it didn't come with any key fobs. I looked on eBay and found someplace selling the fobs for $25 each. I bought two on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. It took me about 45 seconds to program them, now I have two working key fobs for $50! If I had gone to the Jag dealer this would have cost $600 or more! I highly recommend this company. Here's a link to their eBay store:
