Default Restoring center arm-rest padding

Ok, so now I know I'm getting old. Somewhere I thought I ran into a step-by-step restore of the center arm-rest padding. I also thought I book-marked it. It was a great how-to and I've spent the last 3 nights trying to find it again but no joy. Has anyone else run across it in this forum or anywhere else and know where I might locate this how-to? I pretty sure I didn't dream it up, far to detailed and I don't dream detailed anymore.

Thanks for your help and this forum.

Thank you very much White. You did a great job and restoring my padding is on the "bucket list" for this winter. Again thank you for the link.
