You need to read the OBDII codes and post them and not what they tell you they mean the real codes.

Default restricted performance resolved

Turns out my diagnosis was not to far wrong, one of the upper timing chains snapped and took out the tensioner, when my mechanic took it apart found other tensioner cracked, replaced both chains and updated tensioners.
I was VERY VERY lucky that there was no damage to the engine I guess the fact that the failure occurred at a startup rather than running may have helped.
Hope this will be the last repair this year, so far
1)front breaks complete
2) pull instrument cluster replace all lamps
3) repair seat control box
4) fuel pump and water pump
5) expansion tank
6) new battery
7)chains and tensioners

Winters coming and she will be going back into storage soon put just over 3k on her this driving season any tips for storage besides a trickle charger? Thanks to all who helped with tips on some of the above
