Restricted Performance question

Restricted Performance question
2000 XK8, 81K
The last few times I've taken the car out, I get a Restricted Performance (amber) light on. When it appears, while driving, I mash the gas pedal, to the floor, quickly, about five or six times , the light goes out, and it runs fine. The check engine light remains on, but it seems to run fine, until the next time ( when it comes up to temperature). Anyone else run into this issue?

Faults in order
P0302
P1313
P0352
P1111
I was under the impression these "generic" codes weren't relevant to Jaguar because they used a proprietary code reader etc. The P01313 and P1111 are exceptions, I think.
If I'm reading this right, I have one bad coil, one bad cat and #2 cylinder is a misfire. To be honest, I don't think any are valid (especially the cat and coil) and have anything to do with my issues. The misfire is from me mashing the throttle to get out of limp mode. But, I'm probably wrong.

P0302 Misfire detected – cylinder A2 (2)
P1313 Misfire rate catalyst damage A bank (1) NOTE: This DTC will flag only when accompanied by an individual cylinder misfire
P0352 Ignition coil (A2) primary / secondary circuit malfunction
Potentially you have a dead coil, no spark, and causing cat damage - I would replace, or at least swap the suspect one to a different cylinder and see if the code follows it.

Today, I cleared out all the codes.hoping I could replicate the issue without the "gas pedal mashing". I did. Once again, I started the car, in a cool garage, it fired up, no limp mode. I brought it up to temperature and shut it off to sit in the hot sun. I restarted it - Restricted Performance comes on at idle. I shut it off and read the codes. The codes now are:
P352
P1000

Any help is greatly appreciated. This is frustrating as hell.

Yes. Under the cover looked clean and dry - actually, almost new. I've started a few times and made a few short runs down the road and no restricted performance and when I checked , again, the codes, the only one I'm getting is P1000 (which is, I believe, waiting to complete a cycle) I'm still suspecting the throttle body because when it starts on a cold day, it idles at about 1200 rpm then settles down to about 700. When hot, it goes right to 700 and idles a little rough until I get going. Also, now I'm noticing the smell of gas. Never did that before.
