RP is harshing my mellow
I was happy...I exorcised all my lean code gremlins, was feeling good about tracing my replaced engine's history, satisfied to learn that it is basically a 95K motor with 10K since the timing chains, tensioners, guides, and valve job (one head) were done.
I've been enjoying driving the car and putting it through its paces. Alas, yesterday, the dreaded "RP" appeared. It only stayed on for a minute (right after a cold start and at the beginning of my drive). I had the codes cehcked and there are 3 pending; P1000, P0300, and P1316.
I suspect a monir timing synchronization issue but wanted to ask the group for thoughts-opinions.
I have to get the car in for a windshield washer pump and an AC charge so I could have it checked out then.
I want to get on to the fun stuff but need to get the engine squared away first!
Thanks Guys!

First things first
Before you rack up dealer time run a good strong dose of Techron or Seafoam through the tank to clean up the injectors.
Also, pull off the covers to see if everything is tight, tidy and - especially - dry in the spark plug bores. I would presume the spark plugs were replaced with the rebuild but I'd pull one on each side just to be sure. Heck, since you're that far just replace them with corrctly gapped ones and be done with it.
