Hello everyone; Has anyone downloaded the JTIS part 1 and 2 lately? I would like to get before I tackle the timing and tensioner replacement on my 99 XK8 4.0. I saw Jim Lombardo's info but that is from 2010. Is there anything more current and easier to use
Thanks Much
Mitch

JTIS was superseded in 2005 by TOPIx - an online system for Jaguar dealers but available to anyone who is prepared to pay for hourly, daily, monthly or annual access.

JTIS is still relevant and extremely useful for your 1999 XK8. You will also find many detailed threads on tensioner replacement on the forum. I doubt many in Jaguar dealerships have more experience of this procedure than the combined wisdom of our membership!

There are a couple of threads for the JTIS Jim's thread and the one below for windows 7

Both methods still work.

It's packed with great info - but has a very dated user interface. (To be expected, really.) If it bugs you enough try TOPIx but you have to pay.
